Racal antenna products have many years of presence in the design, development and manufacture of manpack/portable antennas for the military user, developed after consultation with military users and radio manufacturers worldwide.

Racal can offer a wide range of folding whips, tapes and helical antennas with options including flexible assemblies (goosenecks), spring bases and GPS units.

Manpack antennas can be supplied with an antenna matching unit (AMU) tuned to a customer specific frequency band, operating at power levels between 1W and 30W.

Racal have recently developed a range of wideband antennas for specific bands within the 30-2500MHz frequency bands. These products are equally suited to communications or counter-measures applications.
