Racal Antennas Limited has many years of experience in the design, development and manufacture of sectional and telescopic masts for the military user.  All masts have been designed to meet the demanding requirements of mobile communications systems.  Typical applications include defence communications, emergency services, survey, broadcast and temporary illumination.

Sectional masts are available up to heights of 7.2 metres.  Manufactured from composite tubes, they are all lightweight, man-packable, and can be erected by a single person.

Lightwewight telescopic masts designed for headloads up to 10kg are available up to heights of 12 metres.  Manufactured from either aluminium or composite materials, they can be push-up or pneumatically operated.

Heavyweight telescopic masts designed for headloads up to 75kg are available up to heights of 50 metres.  Manufactured from either aluminium or composite materials, they can be crank-up or pneumatically operated.

A vast number of mast accessories are available to compliment Racal Antennas range of masts.  These include rotators, tilters, extension tubes, ground mounting hardware and vehicle/shelter mounting hardware.
